Peking Buffet Chinese Restaurant in Batavia

Place is a plus clean. Choices are plentiful. Food is fresh and Delicious. Service is friendly. Parking is close and abundant.

This time wasn't the greatest but if course I'll be back when I feel like being a glutton. The food was not super hot and I always seemed to go up when there wasn't anything left and they had not bought out the new stuff yet.

The waitresses seem miserable, and they are always yelling at each other from.across the restaurant, the food was good, service sucks, not consitant from visit to.visit. I added.1.50 tip to my charge at the counter when I paid because I had no cash. I don't think the cashier gave it to the girl seating me, either way , I'm not going back, don't want to eat somewhere where the waitresses are not friendly, non attentive.

The food was decent, but other than that, I wouldn't waste my money coming here ever again. Nobody seated us, nobody came and offered us drinks (we walked up to the machine and got our own). Nobody offered us refills either. And there was almost no dessert options. Don't waste your money here. Rude staff, who don't even acknowledge you.

Good food and service. Great for low crab choices.

Had very good food and was pretty affordable. When they ran low of something they were very quick to replace it with something fresh. Woukd go back again.

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite to eat. Don't expect real good service though, servers are rude & act as if they are put out because you are there not to mention getting a refill on your drink.

This Place Is So Good It Has Different Kind's Of Food Because It's A Buffet Style And Not To Expensive

I tend to fill up on Saturdays before work. The sushi is good and the staff recognizes me and knows the kind of drink I like; 9 times out of 10 they have it ready for me when I get out of line. Its best to come at lunch or dinner when the food is freshest.

$11.87 for the supper buffet drink included. There was a big selection but the food was only average. Illinois has better Chinese buffets. But for Upstate NY this is perfectly fine

This place is ok for a quick bite. Sometimes foods are either overcooked, undercooked or old...it's obvious staff and management really don't care. Best part is walk to buffet and try something else.

From the get go we always get treated horribly from the second we step in the door. They are always annoyed by us asking to sit In The private section due to our large family full of loud children it’s for other people’s sake. We move the tables together ourselves. They never offer. The last few times we’ve been treated terribly because we won’t pay for our 3 year old who only possibly may eat a piece of chicken and a fry. Tonight we paid 25 dollars for two adult to eat one and a half plates of ok food. Service that’s rude never even got one of our parties ai drink. Didn’t check for refills I’m sure we won’t see them anymore during our meal. I just cannot give our money to this restaurant anymore. Please save your money and eat some place with better service.

Food was cold. Service was bad. Way overpriced. I found a long hair in my cheese wonton and a few minutes later my son found a hair in his shrimp. I jokingly said my fortune cookie said "You will be sick in 2 hrs".....well, I was wrong. It only took 15 minutes. Even the fortune cookies were stale. I'm surprised that the health inspector hasn't shut them down yet.

I really feel that this place has gone down hill. The food is barely warm and it's not always the freshest looking or tasting either. It's very dirty and the table area in the back smells like raw sewage. There is always plenty of seating in the other two side sections so there should be no reason to put people back by the bathrooms. Nobody in my family will go with me anymore because they get sick every time.

Friendly atmosphere. Wait staff very attentive. Our drinks were refilled quickly. Plates were removed so table was never cluttered. So many choices it was impossible to try everything. Food was delicious. Tucked back behind Applebees next to BJs.

Open for pickup only at the moment , plenty of food for just ten bucks. Very inexpensive for a decent meal.

Lots of different food chooses are hot and that has not sat around all day. A good place to go, lots of room.

They have a good variety of food and it has been hot the last few times I have been. The only downside is on the weekends and you pay for dinner, you should not half to wait 30 min. On crab legs. You know people want them and you bring enough for 2 people and it's another 30 min wait

I've had better Chinese TV dinners. Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Best part? The pop was ok.

Buffet was good. Has a variety of food for "picky eaters" not just Chinese food. They have a sushi bar as well as a fresh bar, pick your food and he'll cook it there. Pretty cool. They also have a cooler with a variety of ice cream for dessert. Clean and service was good. My only concern was there was no Food Grade Rating sticker on their entrance. Most places are by law to have it, maybe NY is different?

You can NEVER go wrong with an "all you can eat" buffet.

It is a great value. It is all you can eat and drinks are included for less money than fast food.

The customer service is exceptional along with the food. But there is a large variety of food as expected as an all you can eat buffet. Not the best option but is ok overall.

Best Buffet I've ever been to. Fresh & delicious food every time. I drive from Lockport regularly just to go to this buffet.

Good value for a Chinese buffet. Price included drinks. Food quality and variety were good. Preferred over American buffets - better selection and value.

I would give them no stars if it was a choice. They never came back to our table for drink refills, to remove used dishes, and not even to bring the fortune cookies. This place just sucks!! Don't waste your time or money.

Great buffet, but treated us like leppers when I had my service dog with me. No refills on drinks, no fortune cookies .

Food was for once fresh but very tasteless. The restaurant is always dirty. No hot water in the restroom and have seen a waitress not wash her hands in the rest room. One big annoying factor is when they are speaking their language and looking and laughing at customers. Beyond rude!

Visited around 12pm. Food was hot, not dried out. Place was reasonably busy. Has a decent selection of Chinese food while also offering more americanized fare such as macaroni and cheese and pizza. The area for the soups has freshly chopped green onion for a topping. Has a selection of desserts and fruits that were fresh looking. Offered sushi as an option as well. It wasn't the prettiest or the best I've had, but it was definitely acceptable for a buffet. As an added bonus, they have Kimchi here, which I haven't seen at other buffets. It was very spicy! A positive experience overall

The food was cold and old. The plates were dirty. WE GOT SICK LATER!

The food was absolutely discusting. I am almost positive the chicken was a week old and re heated . If it let me i would have given them 0 stars.
